On the 31st December 2010 a body was discovered at the Cherry Island Landfill, the body is quickly identified as that of John ‘Jack’ Wheeler III a Westpoint Graduate and former Whitehouse aide.
The death is ruled a homicide and a vigorous investigation follows but produces few leads and no answers. The case becomes complicated when a neighbour reports a burglary at Jack’s home and an investigation into an arson attack across the street leads back to Jack.
The case takes a bizarre turn when police examine CCTV footage of Jack in the days preceding his death.
